SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Explanation of Sponsorship Benefits
Co–Host Welcome Reception: The sponsors will be acknowledged as a co-host with signage prominently displaying their company’s logos at the welcome cocktail reception on the evening of June 16th.
Co-Host Dinner Event: The sponsors will join WCAPN in hosting the very special dinner on the evening of June 17th. The sponsors’ logos will be prominently displayed on all banners and will be verbally acknowledged as a benefactor of the dinner and festivities.
Sponsor Signage Recognition at Registration Area & Meeting Hall: All signages/banners displayed at conference sessions, registration area, meeting hall, and special events will include sponsors’ logos.
One-On-One Table: During all One-On-One meeting sessions, sponsors can meet with their conference partners at designated tables in the One-On-One meeting venue. Tables will be located in the most high profile areas with the easiest access possible in relation to hall entrances. The visibility and ease of access to your meeting tables will be accorded to the level of your sponsorship
Sponsors Recognition in Sponsorship Webpage on Website : The sponsors’ logos, links to sponsors’ websites, and a 25 word description will be included in the dedicated “conference sponsors” pages on the website.
Complimentary Conference Passes: Sponsor will receive complimentary conference passes (number of passes depending on sponsorship level, see table above), each pass is valued up to US$995.00 and permits free attendance for one company representative to all general conference sessions, one-on-one meetings, WCAPN Cocktail Reception, and the WCAPN Dinner.
Complimentary advertisement in conference guidebook : Each sponsor will receive one free advertisement in the conference guide book. The advertisement’s size and color depends on the level of sponsorship and includes complimentary, professional design by our graphics team if required.
Sponsors’ Logos Printed on Selected Giveaway Items : Selected conference giveaway items, usually in the form of conference bags, pens, or notepads will have the sponsors’ logos printed on them.
Special Acknowledgement during Events : Sponsors will be publicly acknowledged, and thanked by WCAPN President David Yokeum, at each special event held.
Presentation Slot During Conference Plenary Session : Each sponsor to be given a presentation slot during the conference opening session. Each presentation will be limited to 15-30 minutes depending on the number of sponsors and the overall agenda for the plenary session.
