Registration Fees Include:
- Participation in One-on-One meetings.
- Daily buffet lunch on all meeting days (17-18 June 2010).
- Coffee and tea throughout each meeting day as well as pre-scheduled coffee break snacks in the morning and afternoons of each meeting day
- Cocktail reception and gala dinner.
- Event bag, delegate badge, event giveaway items, and event information.
Spouse Fees Include:

Definition of Spouse: For registration purposes, a spouse will be defined as a wife, husband, girlfriend, or boyfriend accompanying one who has registered as a main delegate. Spouses are not entitled to take part in the One-on-One sessions or collect conference materials.

Conference Payment:

Shortly after registering, an invoice will be emailed to the email address you provided during the registration process.
Payment should be made as soon as possible. You will not be able to use the online Scheduler to make appointments until payment has been received by our office.
Your company will be invoiced for one or several of the following items:
- Conference registration fees
- Hotel accommodation (optional) **
- Sponsor packages (optional)
- Conference guidebook advertising (optional)
Accommodation** Due to June being a peak month in Barcelona and the fact that there is a large congress being held in this city just prior to our conference, the hotel requires that all rooms be pre-paid in full by WCA Family. The same requirement applies for travel agent websites, as well as the hotel’s own website for all bookings. Therefore, please take note that invoices from WCA Family will be requesting payment for your full stay.
