Onsite Registration
Everyone must do the onsite registration. This is when you will receive your conference bag containing essential conference items such as delegate badge (which must be worn at all times), conference agenda, and other valuable information.
Please do your onsite registration and pickup your conference bags at the following times and location:
Plaza Athenee Hotel
WCA Family Registration Counter located near hotel check-in counter in front of Jim Thompson’s
Wednesday, 13th January, 16:00 – 22:00
Thursday, 14th January, 8:00 – 21:00
We recommend that you do this upon arrival in order to avoid the usual crowding in front of the registration counter which normally happens just before the cocktail reception starts. You would also be doing WCA Family staff a big favor and allow us to better serve you!
Airport Transfers
All members will be provided with a complimentary transfer service from the airport to your hotel and vice-versa.
- This service will only be provided to members staying at Plaza Athenee Hotel, Centre Point Wireless Road, Chateau De Bangkok, Landmark Hotel and vice-versa (hotel must be in the vicinity of these Hotels).
- This service will only be provided to members arriving or departing within
8-18 January only.
- Only members who have provided us with their arrival and departure flight details (at least 48 hrs in advance) will be provided this service. If you have not done this yet, then please send an email to beau@wcafamily.com so that she can record your details and arrange your transportation.
Immigration Fast Track Counter / Meeting Point at Airport (New)
There will be banners placed near the immigration area to direct you to an immigration Fast Track Counter which has been set up explicitly for use by members attending the conference. Look for the sign (see below) located in front of the correct immigration aisle.
After luggage collection please proceed to the
Hospitality Counter located at luggage belt #18.
This is the new meeting point
for all members. Please note that due to Airport policies, we are not allowed to use words such as limo/transportation on our signage. Therefore, the word “Hospitality Counter” is being used instead. However, please note that you must contact this counter for your transfer to your hotel. It is from here that you will now be escorted through customs and out of the terminal to your waiting limo.

Hotel Pick-Up Points (Departure Transfers)
For your departure flights, you should be waiting at the lobby of your hotel at least 3 hrs before your scheduled flight departure.
Pick up at Plaza Athenee Hotel – please wait at Ground Floor Lobby. There will be a WCA Family transportation desk there to assist you.
Pick up at a hotel other than Plaza Athenee – please wait at your hotel’s main lobby area and look for WCA Family staff holding a “WCA Family” sign like the one in the pictured below.
