The room rates provided above are very special conference rates applicable for WCA Family Conference Week.

All room rates indicated above are inclusive all local taxes (7.0%), service charges (10%), and daily breakfast. Please note that room rates offered on
travel agent websites and the hotel’s own website do not include local taxes, service charge or breakfast.

 January is a peak period for hotels in Bangkok. In order for WCA Family to be able to obtain these special all-inclusive rates and block a significant number of rooms on these terms, the hotel requires that all rooms be pre-paid in full. The same requirement applies for travel agent websites, as well as the hotel’s own website for all bookings.

Le Royal Club*

Benefits for Royal Club Room and Deluxe Suite at Le Royal Club:

1. Access to the Le Royal Club, located on the 26th floor and open daily from 5:30am until 11:00pm
2. International breakfast buffet exclusively at Le Royal Club floor or full buffet breakfast at the Rain Tree Café
3. All day complimentary tea, coffee and non-alcoholic beverages.
4. Afternoon tea from 3:00pm to 5:00pm
5. Evening cocktails, including open bar with a selection of drinks and hors d’oeuvres, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
6. Two hours complimentary use of our Club Lounge meeting rooms or appointment room (one use per guestroom per stay, subject to availability)
7. Personalised check-in at Le Royal Club Lounge or Le Royal Club guestroom or suite
8. Personal Concierge services supporting your business, leisure and travel requirements
9. Priority check-out at Le Royal Club Lounge.
10. Library of selected International newspapers and magazines.
11. Complimentary laundry or pressing (two pieces per guest, per stay)
12. Late check-out until 2:00pm., subject to availability.
13. Complimentary 30 minutes access to the internet terminal at Le Royal Club Lounge per day and free wireless access at Le Royal Club Lounge only.
14. Selection of complimentary DVD movies are available for use in guestrooms from Le Royal Club Lounge.
15. Selection of complimentary music CDs are available for use in guestrooms from Le Royal Club Lounge.

 Payment Policy
     
This hotel requires that all rooms be pre-paid for the full period of stay. This is a
pre-condition to the special all-inclusive room rates offered as well as the large room block we have secured.
     
 Your booking will be considered as tentative until full payment for your
accommodation (all nights) is received by WCA Family.      

We kindly request that you settle your invoices as promptly as possible in order to ensure that your accommodation is secured before you arrive.

Early Check in or Late Check out

The hotel will assist with a limited number of guest rooms for early check in or late check out subject to availability.  Complimentary early check in rooms will be confirmed between 0~72 hours prior to requested arrival time.  Complimentary late check out rooms will be confirmed by the hotel 12~24 hours prior to requested departure time.

Guaranteed early check in or late check out can be provided using the following payment schedule;

Cancellation Policy

 If you cancel after  25th December 2009 : You will be charged for 1 night.

 If you have not cancelled your booking and do not check-in (No-Show)
If you fail to check-in at the hotel and you have not cancelled or amended your booking with WCA Family then the hotel will impose a “no show” charge equal to the full length of your reservation.
We will do our utmost to negotiate with the hotel to keep your “no-show charge” as low as possible, but cannot guarantee that we will always be successful.

 If you have not amended your booking and check-in on a later day (Late-Cancellation)
If you fail to amend your booking with us and check-in on a later day than scheduled then you will be charged according to your original booking.

  If you check-out earlier than the period you have booked (Early Check-Out)
If you unexpectedly wish to check out earlier than the period booked and do not inform WCA Family more than 7 days in advance then the hotel has the right to charge for the full period booked.  However, we will do our utmost to negotiate with the hotel to keep your charge as low as possible, but cannot guarantee that we will always be successful.

Internet

All guest rooms are equipped with High Speed Broadband Internet available for a fee at Daily rate (24 hours) is THB642net and you will settle the fee directly to hotel when you check out.
