Inclusion:

Spouse *
For registration purposes, a spouse will be defined as a wife, husband, girlfriend, or boyfriend accompanying one who has registered as a main delegate.
Persons registering as spouses will not be entitled to partake in any business activities such as manning exhibition booths, distributing promotional materials or handing out name cards (except personal name cards or name cards which have no relevance to the logistics industry). Spouses are also not entitled to take part in the plenary session or One-on-One sessions. |

Golf Tournament
due to the conference program, there will be no golf tournament arranged for the WCA Family conference. However, if you are interested in having golf arrangements made then please contact Andy Robins and he will help set something up for you. |

Payment |
Upon WCA Family having received your conference registration details and requirements, your company will be invoiced for one or more of the following items:
- Conference registration fees
- Hotel accommodation (optional) **
- Sponsor packages (optional)
- Exhibition booths (optional)
- Conference guidebook advertising (optional)
- Full day tour including lunch (optional)
Accommodation**. February is a peak season for hotels in Bangkok and hotels in the Central World area are in very high demand. In order for WCA Family to be able to obtain special rates and block a significant number of rooms on these terms, the participating hotels require that all rooms be fully pre-paid by WCA Family before guests check-in. Therefore, please understand that invoices from WCA Family will be requesting payment for your full stay and not only a one night deposit as per previous conferences.
