You can register and pick up your welcome bags on the 18 th – 19 th February from the Registration counter located in front of the exhibition hall on the 22 nd Floor during the following times:

Wednesday, 18 th February, 14:00 – 22:00

Thursday, 19 th February 10:00 – 18:00

How to get to the Registration Counter:

The registration counter is located on the 22 nd Floor of Bangkok Convention Center, which is linked to the Centara Grand Hotel.

• If staying at Centara Grand Hotel . Take the elevators to the 23 rd floor lobby and follow the signage which will direct you to the escalators which will take you down to the 22 nd floor where the registration counter and exhibition halls are located.

• If entering the building at Centara’s Ground Floor Lobby . Take the elevator to the 23 rd Floor. This will take you to Centara’s main hotel lobby. Then turn left towards the exhibition area and take the escalator down to the 22 nd floor. Signage will be provided on the 23 rd floor to guide you to the escalator. You will see the registration counter located in front of the exhibition hall.

• If entering the building from the BCC Drop-Off (Ground Floor) . Take the elevator straight up to the 22 nd floor of the exhibition hall. You will see the registration counters as soon as you leave the elevators.

• If coming by the BTS (Skytrain) . Centara staff will be provided at key points to help guide you directly to the exhibition hall.

• If coming by taxi . Taxis will drop you in front of the BCC drop-off or in front of the Centara Ground Floor Lobby. Follow directions B or C above depending on which drop off you use.

Airport Transfers 

Complimentary arrival and departure transfers are provided for all members provided that you provide us with your arrival and departure flight details in advance

Pick up at Suvarnabhumi Airport

Pick up at Centara (departure transfer) – please wait at Centara’s Ground Floor Lobby. There will be a WCA Family transportation desk there to assist you.

Pick up at a hotel other than Centara (departure transfer) – please wait at your hotel’s main lobby area and look for WCA Family staff holding a “WCA Family” sign like the one in the picture above.

Functions / Tours

All functions are located at Centara Grand Hotel and BCC at Central World. 

Centara will also be used for all pick-ups and drop-offs for golf and tours.   Members who are registered for the tour or golf who do not stay at Centara will have to make their own way to Centara to board the coaches.

Tour on Tursday, 19 th February departs Centara at 08:30.

          Meeting Point is Centara Ground Floor Lobby.
