Malaysia Airlines is providing competitive airfares on Malaysia Airlines’ international scheduled services for all registered delegates attending the WCA Family Conference Week 2008.

Registered delegates and accompanying persons who wish to purchase tickets at their special rates should contact the nearest Malaysia Airlines ticketing offices and quote “GHICFDZ/WCA2008” for further assistance.

• Above quoted rates do NOT include airport taxes, insurance, fuel surcharges, and/or any other charges or charges related to the tickets.  These additional charges will be calculated at the time of reserving the tickets and passed onto you.

• Rates indicated above are subject to change between now and the time of issuing your ticket.  They are also subject to availability of seats.

• Ticket prices are discounted and will be subject to certain restrictions and conditions.  Please make sure to check with the Malaysia Airlines office where you book your tickets for more information.

• No stopovers will be permitted in any country except Malaysia.

• The above prices are only applicable when booking your ticket directly with a Malaysia Airlines office and cannot be obtained from travel agents.

Reserving Your Air-Tickets

1. Contact a Malaysia Airlines office nearest to you.
   
   
2. Inform them that you are coming to attend WCA Family Conference Week in Bangkok and quote the special code “GHICFDZ/WCA2008”.
   
   
3. Reserve your flight schedule with the Malaysia Airlines office and obtain a Booking Reference Number (PIN) for your reservation.  You will also receive a flight schedule and the total cost for your ticket along with the PIN.  Please make sure to keep this information so that you can use it to pay for and issue your ticket later.

 Paying For and Issuing Your Air-Tickets

Contact the Malaysia Airlines office where you booked your ticket.

Make full payment including all surcharges directly to them in the local currency and they will issue you with your air-ticket.

Accepted payment methods:

• Cash

• Major credit cards

• Company cheque payable to Malaysia Airline System Berhad.  Cheques require time to process and should be submitted at least 7 days prior to issuing your ticket.  Please note that your ticket will not be issued until your cheque has been processed.

Important – Malaysia Airlines will inform you of the payment and ticket issuance deadline at the time of reserving your ticket.  Please be sure to pay special attention to the deadline otherwise your reservations may be automatically cancelled.
