For members who missed this deadline, but still wish to advertise, we will be printing a supplement (in Black & White) to be distributed along with the conference guidebooks.

Artwork Submission Deadline
All artwork must be submitted to advertising@wcafamily.com no later than Friday, February 13, 2009.
Artwork Production / Accepted File Formats
Production : Advertisers must produce their own artwork. However, if unable to then WCA Family can help to produce it at an additional charge. Please contact advertising@wcafamily.com for additional information and applicable charges if you are interested in having WCA Family produce your artwork for you.
Accepted File Formats : Illustrator Version 8.
Note : WCA Family reserves the right to refuse to publish any material it deems unacceptable or inappropriate for the conference guidebook. |
