Intuitive Logistic Resources (ILR) is a wholly owned entity within the WCA Family of Logistic Networks providing Media and Marketing services and Event and Conference management.  ILR is based in Bangkok and has been appointed as a service provider by Air Cargo Media in connection with the World Air Cargo Event (WACE) in Thailand, February 2009.
   
Policies
   
  Overview
 

The following cancellation and amendment  policies will only apply once we have confirmed your booking and you have secured your room reservation by providing us with your credit card details or by arranging a money transfer.

Please note that these are not the direct policies of ILR, but have been placed on ILR by the participating hotels themselves and that these policies will be strictly applied due to February being a peak season for hotels in Thailand.

   
  Cancellation Policy
 

If you cancel after February 2, 2009:

You will be charged for the full period booked.

If you cancel between December 18 , 2008 and February 2, 2009 :

You will be charged for 1 night stay. 

If you cancel your booking before December 18 , 2008 :

You will not be charged for cancellation and any deposits made will be refunded to you.

If you have not cancelled your booking and do not check-in (No-Show)

If you fail to check-in at the hotel and you have not cancelled or amended your booking with ILR then the hotel will impose a “no show” charge equal to the full period booked. 

We will do our utmost to negotiate with the hotel to keep your “no-show charge” as low as possible, but cannot guarantee that we will always be successful.

If you check-out earlier than the period you have booked (early check-out)

If you unexpectedly wish to check out earlier than the period booked and do not inform ILR more than 7 days in advance then the hotel will still charge based on the full period originally booked.

We will do our utmost to negotiate with the hotel to keep your “early check-out charge” as low as possible, but cannot guarantee that we will always be successful.

   
  Amendment Policy
 

If you amend your booking 7 days or less before check-in date:

If your amendment reduces the number of nights booked, the hotel will still charge based on the full period originally booked.

If your amendment increases the number of nights booked, the hotel will charge according to the newly amended period of stay.

If you amend your booking more than 7 days before check-in date:

No charges will apply and you will be refunded.  You will be refunded for decreases in stay or charged for any additional nights.

To amend a booking:

Please send an email to Ms. Apple   By amending your stay by email, we will be more aware of your required changes and able to contact the hotel to negotiate with them on your behalf in case charges apply.

   
  Payment Policy
 

Overview

When reserving accommodation through other internet websites offering hotel reservations services, people often feel that they have no ‘human’ assistance when required and are left to fend for themselves or try and negotiate countless webpages just trying to get some form of assistance.  People often don’t know where the website they are using is based and often the case is that the actual company offering the reservations service is based in a country far away from Bangkok and do not have personnel stationed here who can really offer assistance when you need it.

Rest assured that you will not receive this kind of treatment when booking a room through ILR because our Head Office is based in Bangkok and we have over 50 professional personnel who can assist you either by phone, email, or in person during the conference.  ILR also handles much of the onsite conference requirements for both WCA Family and Air Cargo News.

In order for us to be able to secure this level of service, we need to secure rooms at participating hotels and so, considering that February is a peak season and hotels in Bangkok quickly fill up, we have blocked rooms at each hotel.  This requires us make full payments to each hotel prior to your arrival.  Thus it is necessary for us to charge you for your room requirements prior to your scheduled arrival.

   
 

If you book before (and including) 27th November 2008:

We will automatically debit your credit card a deposit equivalent to one night stay at the selected hotel at the time you make the reservation.  The remainder of the payment will automatically be debited to your credit card on the 28th November 2008 unless you have cancelled your room or made prior arrangements with us to settle the balance for your accommodation by other means.

If you book after 28th November 2008:

We will debit your credit card the equivalent of your full stay.
